Resources for Parents & Adult Allies of LGBT Youth
As LGBT students and allies head back to school, there are excellent local parent support groups that offer both youth and adults a safe space. Two examples are: Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians & Gays (PFLAG) - Founded in 1991, this local chapter meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month.
