Youth Legal Name and Gender Marker Change Workshop

One of the ways to affirm your gender and identity is by having accurate identifying documentation.  Having an accurate social security card, drivers license, birth certificate and passport can help  give you access to resources such as employment, housing and travel.  Name and gender changes for trans and non-binary people can be overwhelming,  complicated and confusing. There is a sequence that needs to be followed and there are many forms with minimal guidance. This is where the Diversity Center Name and Gender Change Workshop can help! Our workshop facilitator Maddox Flagg will share the lessons they learned by going through the process themselves.
