Queer Youth Meetups – Saturdays, 1-3 pm
Join us for community building, leadership opportunities, field trips, and relaxation for your back to school month! 8/3 is a chill beach day at Cowell’s, 8/10 we’re hosting a clothing & school supply swap, 8/17 is our biyearly speaker/storyteller workshop, 8/24 sees us attempt to play a sport (non-serious participation strongly encouraged), and 8/31 closes out the month with a low-key jam session, with your instruments and voices welcome and our extra instruments available too.
Queer Movie Night – 1st Wednesday, 6-8 pm
Westside Video’s oldest signature screening series features LGBTQ+ themed films from around the world every month. On the 7th of August, ignite your inner queer Olympian with Battle Of The Sexes.
Felton SAGA – 2nd & 4th Wednesdays, 3-5 pm
Swing by the Felton public library after school on 8/14 and 8/28 for some fun, snacks, and safe hangout time. This month will feature an opt-in two part video game tournament with extra prizes!
Neurodiverse Youth Meetup – 2nd & 4th Fridays, 4-5:30 pm
Come through 8/9 for journal binding for both beginners and experienced book binders. Then join us 8/23 for Plannering 101 so we can design scheduling methods that work for YOU.
