This year our theme: THRIVIN NOT SURVING! will highlight how LGBTQ Youth of Color THRIVE , find wellness, and create their OWN survival! This amazing day brings together 100 Queer and Trans youth, for building COMMUNITY, ART, and WORKSHOPS! The TIME IS NOW is open to all youth but is FOCUSED on LGBTQI youth of color!
During the TIME IS NOW you will:
1. Go to workshops LEAD by your peers and adults covering a wide range of wellness, health education and career pathway topics! Workshops are hands-on, interactive and FUN!
2. Participate in COMMUNITY BUILDING activities lead by YOUR peers!
3. Hear and see Queer/Trans POC ARTISTS!
4. Have a chance to share your TALENT in the SHOW SUM LUV! open mic!
